1wine (https://1wine.ws) is an international online Sports Betting and gaming platform serving players in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between 1wine and all its members.

Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately.

The following payment methods are currently available for deposits at 1wine:

There are no additional charges on deposits from our side. However, your mobile banking provider's own transaction fees may apply. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposited funds are for your account use only and cannot be transferred to others.

The following conditions apply when withdrawing winnings from 1wine:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 BDT.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal processing time: typically 1 to 24 hours.
• KYC verification is mandatory for large withdrawals (above ৳50,000).
• Wagering requirements must be met before any withdrawal can be made from a bonus balance.

1wine reserves the right to reject any withdrawal request where there is evidence of suspicious activity or a breach of terms. All withdrawal requests are reviewed by our security team.

Wagering Requirements

Every bonus comes with a wagering requirement. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you need to place ৳30,000 in bets before withdrawing. The wagering conditions for each bonus are clearly stated in its details.

Bonus Validity

• Welcome Bonus: requirements must be met within 30 days of registration.
• Reload bonus: must be used within 7 days of issue.
• Cashback Bonus: Previous week's cashback is credited every Monday.
• Free Spins: must be used within 48 hours of issuance.

Bonus Abuse

Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, attempting to meet wagering requirements through low-risk bets, or exploiting the bonus system in any way will result in account termination and forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings.

The following general rules apply to all betting on 1wine:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except where a cashout option is available).
• Odds on in-play markets may change after an event has started.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.
• The maximum winnings from a single bet are subject to a set limit — see the platform for details.
• Any bet found to be connected to match fixing or other irregular activity will be voided.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 1wine reserves the right to recalculate or void affected bets at the correct odds.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 1wine and may result in immediate account closure and legal action:

• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts under the same name or from the same device.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Fraud: Use of false identity, forged documents, or fraudulent payment methods.
• System Hacking: Attempting to exploit platform vulnerabilities for unfair advantage.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting the bonus system in bad faith.
• Using Another Person's Account: Accessing or using another person's account.
• Match Fixing: Betting activity linked to influencing the outcome of a match.

1wine uses advanced technology to monitor suspicious activity. If prohibited conduct is detected, all funds in the account may be confiscated.

Any member may close their account at any time. Please withdraw your balance before doing so. Account closure requests can be submitted through our support team.

1wine may temporarily or permanently suspend any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of Terms.
• False or incomplete registration information.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Extended inactivity (12 months or more).

Inactive accounts may be charged a ৳100 inactivity fee per month after 12 months of no activity. This fee will no longer apply once the account becomes active again.

• Financial losses resulting from a member's own betting decisions.
